JUSTIFICATION:

The classes I had the opportunity to take in the Technology Based Education masters program has been an amazing resource for me specifically with my personal training sessions and work-related trainings I’ve conducted to increase productivity in and outside of the workplace. It enhanced my ability to affectively create training manuals for corporate education and testing of applications on my job. Using my electronic grading sheet was a fast and efficient way to help me keep track of and evaluate students' grades. This also increased my technology skills and abilities and helped me better organize student work. The utilization of the Troubleshooting guide I created in my TBE 550 class increased productivity. Students were more confident in trying to identify problems on their own which allowed more time for me to explain my lesson. Fourth, fifth, sixth and the seventh artifacts I have posted had used in my Introduction to Digital Media course at the Community College, I have been teaching.

Adobe Photoshop for Educators artifact is the one I have created a workshop website for the K-12 educators, who are new to technology in classroom and doesn't have any image creating - editing knowledge before. Electronic Grade Book charts helped me to create and evaluate student success and evaluations.
