REFLECTION:

The artifacts in this section was an amazing resource for me specifically with my outside student teaching and trainings I conduct at work. The skills I’ve developed gave me the opportunity to affectively create training manuals for corporate education and testing of applications on my job. By displaying graphics and animation instead of text to relay the focus of the subject, I was able to engage my audience and demonstrated knowledge, skills, and understanding of concepts related to technology teaching and learning.

Using California State University Dominguez Hill’s Blackboard to retrieve class documents, receive updates on assignments, and to communicate with the professors and other colleagues on questions concerning assignments, gave me a powerful understanding of the utilization of electronic communication. It has aided in my ability to perform electronic work tasks such as scheduling meetings and trainings at work and communicating via email across the country. Learning how to effective communicate and keep myself available (like my instructors did) to answer questions that may arise helps to resolve problems before they occur.
