REFLECTION:
Developing the artifacts in this section continued my learning in and with technology. The research techniques I have learned in these articles are invaluable. I have also learned how to decipher research from opinion to determine what can be held as a reliable source. My Research Methods in Education class was one of the most challenging and rewarding research classes I’ve taken. I was impressed by my own effort and quality of work I presented for my qualitative research project.
Creating technology-enhanced lesson plans has helped me provide detailed information to my students without having to interact face-to-face. Living in Los Angeles can be very frustrating when you do a lot of commuiting to different schools everyday, online workshps I have created helped me to reduce that and also helped my students to connect with email more often than usual. By learning to utilize the internet and chat to communicate with students proved to be a more efficient way of answering and documenting question and answer sessions with students.
