JUSTIFICATION:

I have created Adobe Photoshop workshop for Educators as one of my class projects in the Technology Based Education program. This workshop helped students to learn how to use the basics of the Adobe Photoshop effectively to create visually appealing slides and presentation for their classes. K-12 teachers could benefit from this workshop immersively.

I have utilized the material discussed in the workshop to effectively manage the four areas of my position as an technology trainer and multimedia instructor. I work closely and collaborating with:
• K-12 teachers and their IT department to set up computers and install the latest Adobe Photoshop software on those computers.
• Assisted teachers to scan images from printed material and teach them how to resize those scanned images and modify using the Adobe Photoshop software.
• Assesments of this workshop helped me evaluate the effectiveness of the workshop for the K-12 teachers while they are practicing their skills and creating visually interactive lessons for their students.

This workshop was an immense resource for the educational facet of my future career in the educational system. All of these areas help extend my knowledge to better understand how to manage school technology infrastructures and facilitate technology resources and harwares and purchases and installs the neccessary softwares for best practices.
