JUSTIFICATION:
Having the opportunity to teach a variety of different people with different skill levels, I have learned to appreciate that just because it works for me, it may not work for my students. I also came to understand that what works for one person may not work for the next. Student in community colleges comes from diverse backgrounds and different ages and skill levels too. I created an Assistive Technology Website Resource handout with a vast list of resources to help me support the diverse learning skills of the students that I am teaching.
I have also created very good resources for fellow teachers and instructors that they can also use in their classrooms as well as on their own lessons to help to create an easily understandable assitive technology resources.
