JUSTIFICATION:

I created the Troubleshooting Guide as a resource to all of my students. I have not come across a student that has not experienced at least two of the problems on the list. By addressing these topics as a precursor to all lessons gives me the opportunity to support cooperative and collaborative learning strategies with my students. This makes things easier and faster for me in case if there is a technology based question about computers would arise. By incorporating the Troubleshooting guide in my class discussions, I’ve found that helps students problem solve and accomplish basic computer tasks on their own. It teaches them to use analytical thinking strategies in other areas of learning before giving up. There was a student that he was unable to use his mouse, the roller kept getting stuck and the mouse would not move, and he needed to copy and paste some information before finalizing his final assignment. Instead of calling it quits, he used the shortcut commands (CTRL C, CTRL V) and completed his last assignment on time. He still had to purchase a new mouse later on.

The Technology Plan Critique and Revision Budget Plans I created in my Computer Managed Instruction - Technology Based Education class was very helpful resource. It helped me to locate at least three sources for funding, clearly underline what was needed in the budget, and provide reasonable timetable for the consistent objectives.
